The Jury of the Second Edition of the Moonlight Online International Film Festival
(in alphabetical order):

MITJA MLAKAR
Mitja Mlakar (1988) is a young Slovenian screenwriter, film director and director of photography, co-founder and one of the leading team members of the film production Film Factory (2009).
For more than a decade a mentor of film workshops for youth.
His author films have been screened and received awards at many film festivals around the world – such as Go Short IFF, London ISFF, and Interfilm SFF.
In 2013, he received the award for important cultural achievements of University of Maribor and the award for prospective young filmmaker from the Association of Slovenian Filmmakers.
In 2014, he was an Artist in Residence (Slovenian Ministry of Culture Artist Residency in London / UK) – where he developed his short film I’ll Probably Never See You Again.
Mitja is also an alumni of Talents Sarajevo 2016.
He is a part of a new wave of young filmmakers who came together for an omnibus short film called Short Deeds (2019).
In 2024, he completed his master degree studies in cinematography (univ. mag. art.) at the Academy of Dramatic Art, University of Zagreb (Croatia).

TRACY L. REED
Tracy L. Reed is a film and stage actress currently based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Her experience in the branch includes roles in stage productions such as Hello Dolly, Anything Goes, Welcome to the Monkey House, Guys and Dolls and Story Theater. She was also a member of an improvisation troupe which performed locally in the Los Angeles Area. She has won multiple awards for public speaking and dramatic interpretations.
Her training includes classes at the Margie Haber Acting Studio based in Los Angeles, CA and the masterclass “Film Acting: So Much More Than Just ‘Performing For The Camera’!”.
Tracy also received her Ph.D. in the field of Sociology and has spent the past decade conducting sociological research on issues such as gender, ethnicity, communication, mental health, patient satisfaction, and identity. She has presented her work at multiple academic conferences and she is the author of scholarly articles in two books on identity, and in several peer-reviewed journals.
She is currently working on the feature film The Two Daisies, in which she plays the title character.

EVE RICHARDS
Eve Richards is an actress, producer, host of The Discovery Pod with Eve, and philanthropist based in Beverly Hills, California.
She stars as Joan Rycker / Mr. X in A Line of Fire (Sony Pictures/Netflix, 2025), alongside Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr., David A. R. White (lead and one of the producers), Jason Patric, and Katrina Bowden.
She plays Misty in Straight Shot (2026), which stars David A. R. White (lead and one of the producers) and features Dolph Lundgren, Tyrese Gibson, Rachel Leigh Cook, William Forsythe, and Nicky Whelan.
In 2026, Richards will star as one of the leads in the romantic drama Dinner for Two.
Richards is the creator, producer, and host of The Discovery Pod with Eve, a cinematic global podcast co-produced with her publicist Roger Neal – launched in honor of her late father, to inspire hope and resilience worldwide.
Richards has been featured on the covers of Cosmopolitan UAE, Hollywood Magazine, Celebrity Los Angeles, LA Thrive Magazine, and Maxim Fashion.
She is the recipient of the Visionary Award (2025) by Worth Minds Dubai, and of the Women of Heart Award, and she was recognized among WomenPreneur’s Top 20 Women to Watch (2024).
